As of 1 August 2009, Tomex Retail A/S is a reality. The men behind the company, which is a subsidiary of the Tomex Group, are Michael Bak and Flemming Tøttrup, who between them have more than 40 years’ experience in the food industry – including 16 years abroad on four continents.
